Easy Tomato Soup


Simple tomato soup
When you have guest suddenly and you don’t know what special to offer them, and then just go for this simple tomato soup a very easy, tasty and healthy one. This soup is also good to have when you got cold since we are adding tomato, oregano and pepper.
Ingredients:
Tomato – 5
Garlic – 5 cloves
Ginger – 1 inch peeled
Oregano
Pepper
Salt as per your taste
Preparation:
1.      Take tomato, garlic and ginger in a sauce pan.
2.      Add 1 cup water, close with a lid and cook for 10 mins
3.      Switch off the flame, take out from water and keep it open to cool down. Reserve that water for soup
4.      Take out the ginger. We are not going to use this ginger further
5.      Add tomato and garlic to the blender and puree it
6.      Take the sauce pan with the reserved water, add the tomato puree to it and boil for 5 mins till the raw smell goes off.
7.      Add pepper and salt as per your taste
8.      Switch off the flame and transfer it to the soup bowls
9.      Topping with oregano
10.  Serve this soup with any fried snacks
