Aval Upma | Avalaki Bath | Poha Upma

Aval or rice flakes is nothing but flattened rice. Aval Upma is very easy to cook. I am the one who can eat aval uppa for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This you can prepare by adding whatever vegetables you want like carrot, beetroot, green peas, ground nuts, etc… This will fill your tummy also healthier compared to rice.
Because of the attractive color and the ground nuts added to it, Bala likes it very much. So mostly our plan for dinner would end up with Aval. Only the aval color varies white or red :)
